Support

Puff Pile is an offline falling-and-merging puzzle for iPhone and iPad.

How to play

1. Touch and drag the held puff horizontally to aim.
2. Let go to drop it into the bowl.
3. Match two identical puffs to create the next larger puff.
4. Keep settled puffs below the dashed danger line.
5. Try to improve the best score stored on the device.

Troubleshooting

The game does not respond to a drag

Start the touch below the top information cards, move horizontally, and release. Only one held puff can be aimed at a time.

The best score disappeared

The best score is stored only on the device. Removing the app also removes that score. Version 1.0 has no account or cloud synchronization.

The layout is cropped or controls are hard to reach

Confirm that iOS or iPadOS is current and that the app is in portrait orientation. An adult may report the device model and OS version to chkbx, but children should not send personal information.

The app closes or behaves unexpectedly

Restart the app. If the problem continues, an adult may contact chkbx with a short description of what happened. Do not include a child’s name, contact information, photos, or other personal information.

Privacy

Version 1.0 has no ads, purchases, accounts, analytics, tracking, networking, or external links. It stores only an integer best score locally. Read the Puff Pile privacy policy for details.
